What EventsPH is

EventsPH is an online marketplace for events in the Philippines. You can find a venue, add caterers, photo and video teams and other suppliers to one event plan, compare prices against your budget, and secure everything with one QR Ph payment.

Venues and suppliers on EventsPH are independent businesses. EventsPH checks their documents before they can take bookings, and keeps your money safe until it is due to them.

How it works

Browse venues and suppliers, or ask the AI Planner for ideas.
Add what you like to your event plan. Ask for a quote when a package doesn't fit.
Check out once. You pay each vendor's deposit (or the full amount) and the service fee with one QR code, from any QR Ph app such as GCash, Maya or your bank's app.
Instant-book packages are confirmed right away. Other vendors have 24 hours to accept; if they don't, their share is refunded to you.
Pay the balance from My event before it's due, message your vendors, and leave a review after the event.

A Metro Manila pilot

EventsPH is starting as a pilot in Metro Manila: Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela.

During the pilot, payments are by QR Ph only, the site is in English, and we are adding venues and suppliers week by week. Tell us what you'd like to see through the contact form.

How EventsPH handles your money

EventsPH is the merchant of record for every booking: you pay EventsPH, not the vendor. EventsPH holds your payment ([to be confirmed: dedicated guest-funds bank account]) and pays each vendor by bank transfer on a fixed schedule — the deposit 7 days after the booking is confirmed and the balance 3 business days after the event.

Holding the money until then is what lets us refund you quickly when a vendor declines or cancels, and put a payout on hold when you report a problem after your event.

For venues and suppliers

Listing is free; EventsPH earns a commission on confirmed bookings, deducted when we pay you out.
You set your own packages, prices, deposit, balance due date and cancellation policy tier.
You get paid by bank transfer in weekly payout runs, with a statement you can download.
