The agreement between you and EventsPH when you use the site as a guest or a partner.
Draft — pending legal review
These terms are an agreement between you and [to be confirmed: registered company name, SEC registration number and business address] ("EventsPH", "we"). By creating an account, booking or listing on EventsPH you agree to them, together with our Booking & payout policies and our Data privacy notice.
They are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Nothing in them limits rights you have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
EventsPH runs the marketplace: we show listings, take payments, hold them and pay vendors on schedule. Vendors are independent businesses; each vendor is responsible for the services in their listing and for delivering them as booked. EventsPH is not the organiser of your event.
EventsPH is the merchant of record: guests pay EventsPH, and EventsPH pays vendors. [to be confirmed: VAT and official receipt or invoice model]
If PAGASA Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 or higher, or a government-declared emergency, covers the event location on the event date, the booking can be moved free of charge to a date within 12 months, with no penalty for either side. If no date works, the guest is refunded what they paid minus the vendor's documented costs, capped at the deposit paid, as settled by EventsPH.
A guest may report a problem with a completed booking until the day before the vendor's balance payout is due — at the latest, the day before the 3rd business day after the event. The vendor's payout is then held while EventsPH reviews it. EventsPH decides, acting fairly on what both sides provide, whether to release the payout or refund part of the payment. You may still pursue any remedy the law gives you.
The AI Planner gives suggestions only. Prices and availability come from EventsPH's listings, not from the AI, and the suggestions may be incomplete or not suit you — check before you book. The AI Planner may be limited or unavailable at times. Don't put personal details you don't want processed into your brief.
[to be confirmed: limitation of liability and indemnity wording, to be drafted by counsel]
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you by email before they apply. Bookings already made keep the terms and policy tier in force when they were made.
