About

Alon is a collective of young Filipino chefs cooking the islands' food with a modern hand: kinilaw finished at the table, inihaw over live coals, ube and calamansi in the desserts. Every menu is built around the season and what is good at the market that week. Live stations are the heart of it. Guests watch, talk to the cooks and come back for seconds, which makes the meal part of the celebration rather than a pause in it.
